At MAPLE in the fall of 2020 was when I, Virabhadra, first came to train there. I had been at MAPLE for a week or two, and I was given the chore of mopping in the main hall.
I was moving through the chore when Soryu walked by and we had our first interaction, to my memory. He gave me feedback and instructions for mopping. He said the mop was too dry. It needed to be more wet (so that it would gather dust and not just push it around or slide past it).
I took the feedback and sprayed out more from the spray bottle–water with a hint of tea tree oil–as I mopped, and this was a more effective way to mop the wood floors of the main hall.
